Scientific Conference on Bridge at Torun University in Poland

Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland was the venue for a Scientific Conference on Recreational Activity and Joy on the Life of a Senior.

Bridge was featured very heavily at the conference, illustrating the social benefits for the elderly of playing bridge, and how good bridge can be for the brain, even helping to prevent dementia or Alzheimer’s.
